Last month, Oppo presented the A17 cell phone to the Indian market, and today we’re blessed to receive what is basically another version of that model. It’s called A17k, and Oppo has quietly listed it on its Indian site so anyone might see.
The Oppo A17k has a 6.56-inch 720×1612 60 Hz LCD display, the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC in charge, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, a 3.5mm earphone jack, and a 5,000 mAh battery. There’s a 8 MP camera on the back, and a 5 MP snapper around the front, neither of which have OIS.
The fingerprint sensor is implanted in the power button, and the phone is IPX4 evaluated for splash resistant. It runs Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1. You can have an A17k in Gold or Navy Blue colors. The A17k has less RAM, a lower resolution main back camera, and no depth sensor as compared to Oppo A17.
