vivo X100s Live Images Leak

The X100s, set to launch this month, has been showcased in an official teaser and now appears in live images on Weibo, providing a clearer view of the device. The rear design of the X100s resembles the vivo X100, featuring a circular camera island. Unlike the X100’s Moon Halo design, the vivo X100s adopts the Sun Halo design similar to the X100 Pro, with specific camera specifications inscribed around the camera ring.

The presence of the ZEISS logo on the camera module suggests that the vivo X100s will feature ZEISS T* coating and ZEISS Styles for Portrait Mode. It may also include ZEISS’ Multi-Focal Portrait system, which debuted with the vivo X100 and X100 Pro.

In contrast to the vivo X100 and X100 Pro, the X100s sports a flat screen and frame. The display includes a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera, while the volume rocker and power button are positioned on the right side. The frame’s antenna lines indicate a metal build.

The overall design tweaks, including the flat frame and screen, suggest a blend of premium aesthetics and robust build quality. This makes the X100s a promising addition to the X100 series, likely to appeal to users looking for high-end camera capabilities and a sleek design.

vivo X100s will Launch with Dimensity 9300+

The vivo X100s is officially on the way, as confirmed by Boxiao Han, a product manager at the company. This upcoming phone will feature the Dimensity 9300+ chipset, boasting an even more powerful Cortex-X4 core with a 3.4 GHz frequency and enhanced AI performance.

Han’s announcement included several benchmark results, showing that the Dimensity 9300+ outperforms the standard 9300 in CPU capabilities. Additionally, the vivo X100s will incorporate advanced AI for image editing. Han demonstrated this with five photos posted on Weibo, claiming that only the last image, which features green surroundings, was real, while the others were AI-generated. The authenticity of the green image is also questionable, suggesting possible AI enhancement.

The X100s is set to launch in May. While the upgraded chipset is the primary distinction from the vivo X100, the S lineup will also introduce an Ultra model. Externally, the X100s might sport a flat frame, giving it a slightly different appearance. This combination of powerful hardware and AI capabilities positions the vivo X100s as a significant addition to the vivo lineup.
