Infinix is set to unveil its budget-friendly Hot 40i smartphone, with the device slated to be offered through Flipkart. The e-commerce platform has already established a ‘coming soon’ landing page for eager consumers.
The Hot 40i boasts a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1612 x 720 and a commendable up to 90Hz refresh rate. Driving its performance is the Unisoc T606, equipped with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. Impressively, the phone offers up to 256GB of internal storage, with an additional 2TB supported through microSD expansion.
Infinix emphasizes the Hot 40i’s substantial 16GB memory, positioning it as the highest in its price category. However, it’s important to note that while 8GB constitutes physical system memory, the remaining 8GB is virtual memory achieved by allocating space on the storage.
Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the 50MP main camera on the back, coupled with a 32MP selfie camera for capturing vivid moments. The device is equipped with a robust 5000mAh battery and supports 18W charging, ensuring a reliable and efficient power experience.
As for pricing, the Hot 40i is expected to hit the market at a competitive sub-INR 9000 price point when it becomes available for purchase later this month. With its blend of features and affordability, the Infinix Hot 40i aims to cater to the needs of budget-conscious consumers in the Indian smartphone market.
