Yesterday, Samsung unveiled its latest midrange offerings, the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35, accompanied by pricing details tailored for the European market. However, in an unexpected turn of events, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy A55 will not be making its way to the US anytime soon. According to a Samsung US representative speaking to CNET, there are no plans to introduce the Galaxy A55 5G in the US market at present.
While Samsung has not provided specific reasons for this decision, it may be attributed to potential competition with other Galaxy devices, such as the S23FE, which offer comparable specifications. Despite the absence of the A55, there is reassurance that the Galaxy A35 will eventually become available in the US “in the coming weeks.”
