OnePlus has officially launched the Nord CE4 smartphone, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. Today, a new leak from a generally reliable tipster reveals details about the chipsets powering two more upcoming Nord-branded devices. These devices are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Nord 4 will feature the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, while the Nord CE 4 Lite will be equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. The Nord 4 is anticipated to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3V, which was launched in China last month and also uses the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3.
If the rebranding rumor holds true, the Nord 4 will come with a 6.74-inch 1240×2772 120 Hz AMOLED display boasting a peak brightness of 2,150 nits. It will offer 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The camera setup will include a 50 MP main camera with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 16 MP selfie shooter. Additionally, it will feature a 5,500 mAh battery with 100W wired charging support and will run Android 14 with OxygenOS 14 from the start.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite remains more mysterious. Its predecessor, released last year, had a 6.72-inch LCD screen, 8GB of RAM, a 108 MP main camera, a 16 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W wired charging support. Fans are hoping the Nord CE 4 Lite will offer some upgrades over these specs. The exact launch dates for the Nord 4 and Nord CE 4 Lite are still unknown, but we’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
