A new leak suggests that the Xiaomi 14 series, which currently includes the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, will soon be joined by another model: the Xiaomi 14 SE. According to a reliable source, this new addition is expected to launch in Asia in June and will be priced under (approximately $599 or €560 at current exchange rates).
Unfortunately, the leak does not provide any specific details about the Xiaomi 14 SE specifications. However, speculation suggests that it could be a rebranded version of the Civi 4 Pro, which was recently released in China. This is a common strategy for Xiaomi, which often rebrands models for different markets.
If the 14 SE is indeed a rebranded Civi 4 Pro, it may come with impressive features such as a 6.55-inch 1236×2750 120 Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, and options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM with 256GB or 512GB of storage. The camera system could include a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 12 MP ultrawide lens, a 50 MP 2x telephoto lens, and a dual front-facing camera setup with 32 MP sensors for both main and ultrawide shots. Additionally, the phone is likely to have a 4,700 mAh battery supporting 67W wired charging.
The Xiaomi 14 SE is expected to run Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 1.0. It seems to be positioned as a “Lite” version of the flagship series, potentially offering high-end features at a more accessible price point. This strategy could appeal to consumers looking for a premium experience without the premium price tag, blending flagship branding with more modest specifications.
