vivo is set to launch the T3x in the Asian market soon. The upcoming smartphone has already been featured on microsites. The microsites confirms that the vivo T3x will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, and a prototype of the T3x has also appeared on Geekbench 6.
The Geekbench listing confirms the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, with the prototype scoring 946 in single-core performance and 2,839 in multi-core performance. The tested prototype had 8GB of RAM, although additional variants may be available at launch. The vivo T3x will run Android 14, with vivo’s Funtouch OS 14 on top.
In terms of performance benchmarks, vivo is promoting the T3x’s AnTuTu v10 score of 560,000, significantly higher than phones equipped with the Dimensity 6080, which score around 423,000, and those with the Dimensity 6100+, which score about 410,000. The AnTuTu-tested T3x also had 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, suggesting robust performance for its price range.
The T3x will be available in two colors: Celestial Green and Crimson Bliss. It is also touted to feature a “turbo battery,” with rumors pointing to a substantial 6,000 mAh capacity, although the exact specifications will be confirmed on the day of launch. This new release underscores vivo’s commitment to offering powerful yet affordable smartphones, aiming to attract budget-conscious consumers seeking high performance and long battery life.

Last week, the specifications for the upcoming vivo T3x were leaked, and today, the brand has officially started its teaser campaign for the device in Asia, in partnership with Flipkart, which will carry the phone. Flipkart already has a landing page ready for the T3x, revealing a glimpse of its rear design.
This teaser campaign will gradually unveil details about the phone every few days. The next reveal is scheduled for April 12 – this Friday – when we will officially learn which chipset it uses. So far, we know it’s built on a 4nm process and outperforms both the Dimensity 6080 and Dimensity 6100+ in AnTuTu benchmarks. While rumors suggest it could be the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, we’ll have to wait for official confirmation.
The teaser also reveals that the vivo T3x will support 5G and will be priced under ($180 or €166 at current exchange rates). However, the exact price point within that range remains unknown. On April 15, websites will reveal the T3x’s battery capacity. According to last week’s rumor, it is expected to have a 6,000 mAh battery.
Given the rate of these spec-by-spec teases, it seems unlikely that the T3x will be fully official in the next couple of weeks. However, it could still launch by the end of this month. We’ll keep you updated with the latest developments as more information becomes available.
