In late August, benchmark tests revealed a Nubia-manufactured phone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, prompting speculation that it could be a new addition to the Red Magic phone series. Now, more concrete evidence has surfaced confirming this assumption, as Red Magic has officially announced the unveiling of its 9 Pro model scheduled for November 23.

The announcement regarding the launch date was made through a social media post by the gaming division of the brand. They hinted that the upcoming phone would not only showcase advancements in design but also improvements in performance, battery life, and screen technology. Although the teaser lacked an image of the actual smartphone, considering past Red Magic Pro models, expectations suggest a triple camera setup, a cooling fan, and possibly an under-display selfie camera.

According to the Geekbench listing from August, the Red Magic 9 Pro is expected to offer a 12 GB RAM variant, but it’s highly likely that more robust options, such as 16 GB or even 24 GB, will be available.
