Just a few days prior, Poco tantalized Asian consumers with a glimpse of the eagerly anticipated Poco X6 Neo. In a sneak peek shared by Poco, the design of the X6 Neo is unveiled, bearing a striking resemblance to the acclaimed Redmi Note 13R Pro. Notably, the teaser also provides a glimpse of the smartphone’s camera island, confirming the utilization of a powerful 108MP sensor for the primary camera.
While specific details regarding the X6 Neo’s specifications remain forthcoming from Poco, if it follows the pattern of being a rebranded Redmi Note 13R Pro, we can anticipate features such as the Dimensity 6080 SoC, a generous 6.67-inch 120Hz FullHD+ OLED display, and a robust 5,000 mAh battery complemented by 33W fast charging capability.
Furthermore, the smartphone is expected to integrate a convenient side-mounted fingerprint scanner for enhanced security. On the rear, alongside the impressive 108MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor will contribute to advanced photography capabilities.
For selfies and video calls, the device will be equipped with a 16MP front-facing camera, promising sharp and vibrant self-portraits. As anticipation builds for the official launch, consumers eagerly await the full unveiling of the Poco X6 Neo, poised to deliver an exceptional blend of performance, innovation, and style to the Asian market.

Earlier today, Realme officially unveiled the Realme 12 in Asia, featuring the Dimensity 6100+ SoC as its powerhouse. Shortly after the announcement, Himanshu Tandon, the country head of Poco Asia, expressed his thoughts on the Realme 12’s pricing strategy, particularly its use of the Dimensity 6100+ chipset at that price point. Tandon pointed out that Poco offers the Dimensity 6100+ in its M6 model.
Tandon suggested that consumers wait for the upcoming Poco X6 Neo, hinting at its imminent release next week. The Poco X6 Neo, which surfaced in leaks earlier this week, is rumored to debut soon. It appears to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13R Pro, boasting a 108MP main camera like the Realme 12. However, it is equipped with the Dimensity 6080 SoC, providing a modest increase of 200 MHz to the two ‘big’ CPU cores.
A slight boost in CPU core speed may not be sufficient to justify the hype surrounding the X6 Neo’s launch. However, enthusiasts are hopeful that there may be more surprises in store. Specifications for the Poco X6 Neo include a 6.67-inch 1080×2400 120Hz OLED display with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.
Additionally, it is expected to feature a 2MP depth sensor, a 16MP front-facing camera, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. Powering the device will be a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W wired fast charging.
