Presenting the Poco C65, succeeding the Poco C55, this new smartphone boasts enhancements in various aspects such as a higher display refresh rate, improved camera capabilities, and faster charging. The front of the Poco C65 showcases a 6.74-inch 1600x720px IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness reaching 600 nits. It features a standard 8-bit panel, TUV certification for minimized blue light emissions, and provides DC dimming functionality.
Its front-facing camera has been upgraded to an 8MP unit, a significant improvement from the 5MP camera present in the C55. Additionally, the selfie camera incorporates a soft light ring to deliver natural lighting effects, even in low-light environments.
On the rear side, the Poco C65 introduces a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens, an enhancement over the depth sensor found in its predecessor. For unlocking, users can utilize the side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner or opt for face unlock using the selfie camera.
Equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging (although the box only includes a 10W charger), the Poco C65 notably transitions to a USB-C port from its predecessor. Moreover, it retains the convenience of a 3.5mm headphone jack. Similar to its forerunner, the Poco C65 runs on a 12nm chip, specifically the MediaTek Helio G85. However, it offers options of 6GB and 8GB RAM configurations.
The Poco C65 is available in configurations of 6/128GB or 8/256GB and comes in color variants of black, blue, or purple. The initial version will be priced at $109/PKR31430.15, while the model with doubled storage will cost $129/PKR37197.15. Pre-orders commence tomorrow, November 6, through Poco’s official e-commerce channels. Following the early bird phase, prices will increase to $129/PKR37197.15 and $149/PKR42964.15.
