Earlier this year, Oppo introduced the Find X6 Pro smartphone, which is currently available for official purchase only in China. However, the device can be obtained through third-party retailers, and those who have done so now have a reason to rejoice. Owners of the Find X6 Pro have started receiving a software update that brings significant camera enhancements, along with improvements to communication and the latest system security package.
With this update, the Find X6 Pro will capture even better photos using the telephoto camera, and portrait images will exhibit improved skin tones. In the Portrait mode, users will also have access to a 2x zoom toggle for the rear camera, extending to video, time-lapse, and text-scanner modes as well.
During our review of Oppo’s flagship device, we found that its low-light photography capabilities were among the best for a smartphone in 2023. The update promises to further enhance the overall photo quality. Furthermore, the update will reduce camera power consumption and enhance the quality of videos captured using high zoom ratios.
The user experience is also improved in various aspects, including Multi-Screen Connect, Screencast, and certain third-party applications. Oppo has additionally introduced Hasselblad’s iconic orange shutter button in the Camera app. Connectivity stability has been enhanced, and there is expanded compatibility for NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks.
Overall, the software update brings several improvements to the Find X6 Pro, enhancing its camera capabilities, user experience, and connectivity stability for a more satisfying usage experience.
