Under the hood, the phone is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. The Oppo F23 is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. It runs on ColorOS 13.1, which is based on Android 13. Additional features include stereo speakers, a headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Oppo F23 5G is available in Cool Black and Bold Gold color options. It is offered in a single configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at $304/PKR87209.82.
