Over the past few months, there has been considerable focus on the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite due to numerous leaks. However, now we have more information regarding the standard variant, the Nord CE 3, courtesy of an official confirmation from OnePlus regarding the phone’s chipset.
OnePlus has created a dedicated landing page for the Nord CE 3, where it has revealed that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 782 chipset. This aligns with the specifications leak that occurred in March.
The Snapdragon 782 chipset was unveiled in November of the previous year and serves as a successor to the popular Snapdragon 778G+. While it offers a modest boost in CPU and GPU performance compared to its predecessor, it should still deliver satisfactory performance considering its price point. We can expect to learn more about the remaining specifications of the Nord CE 3 soon, which is when it will be officially announced.
