In February, OnePlus introduced the Ace 2, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, followed by the Ace 2V in March, which runs on the Dimensity 9000 processor. Recent reports indicate that OnePlus is now developing a Pro variant of the Ace 2, which will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.
Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station shared this information and also mentioned that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is expected to feature a curved 1.5k display, which is currently undergoing testing by BOE and appears to have some innovative elements. While DCS did not provide further details on the specifications of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, rumors suggest that it will share the same camera setup and battery as the Ace 2.
If these rumors are accurate, the Ace 2 Pro will boast a 5,000 mAh battery and include four cameras: a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.
