The iQOO 11S has been officially confirmed to launch on July 4, alongside a new pair of wireless earbuds called iQOO TWS 1. The announcement will take place at a special event in China scheduled for 7:30 PM Beijing time. Interested customers can already make early reservations for both the phone and earbuds on the official vivo China webstore, as well as on online platforms JD.com and Tmall.
A teaser video released for the iQOO 11S reveals that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is likely to be the upcoming Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC. The new chipset is anticipated to feature an overclocked CPU running at 3.36GHz, similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for the Galaxy chipset.
The iQOO 11S will be available in black, cyan, and a BMW M-Sport white color option. It will come equipped with 200W fast charging technology. Rumors suggest that the phone will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The main camera is expected to be a 50MP Sony IMX866V sensor, and the device is said to house a 4,700mAh battery.
