Honor unveiled a Porsche Design version of its Magic6 flagship in March, and now, the phone is finally available outside of China. This exclusive Honor Magic6 RSR boasts 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, alongside an impressive 50 MP main camera featuring up to 15EV dynamic range and enhanced autofocus capabilities.
The device offers more than just a stylish upgrade over the Magic6 Pro. It includes an updated OmniVision H9800 1/1.3″ sensor for its main camera and a back design inspired by the Porsche Taycan. The Magic6 RSR Porsche Design sports a 6.8” LTPO OLED screen with an impressive 1,800 nits of peak brightness.
This dual-layer Tandem Display technology promises to extend the screen’s lifespan by up to 600%, as per Honor’s internal tests. This advancement aims to reduce display brightness degradation to less than 1% after three years of use, ensuring longevity and consistent performance.
Available in two distinctive colors inspired by iconic Porsche sports cars, the device comes in Frozen Berry, the hero color of the 2020 Taycan, and Agate Gray, a classic shade from Porsche 911 race cars. The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Design is priced at £1,599 in the United Kingdom.
Starting today, it can be purchased through the Honor website and Porsche-Design.com, with plans to expand availability to EU markets soon. This luxury edition combines high-end specifications with Porsche’s renowned design aesthetics, making it a compelling option for tech enthusiasts and Porsche fans alike.
