Honor 100 Updated Prices, Memory Variants, and Images

The Honor 100 series, slated for release on November 23, is expected to introduce the world’s first phone with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset in its vanilla variant, while the 100 Pro is anticipated to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

New specifications have emerged over the weekend, reaffirming that both the Pro and standard versions of the Honor 100 will support 100W charging. Additionally, reports suggest that both phones will sport identical 1220p panels boasting 3840 Hz PWM and a peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits.

According to leaks from China, the Honor 100 will house a 50 MP main camera equipped with OIS, accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide unit. Moreover, the selfie shooter is expected to feature another 50 MP sensor.

In contrast, the Honor 100 Pro is set to include a 32 MP portrait camera on the rear, also equipped with OIS. Additionally, the 50 MP front-facing camera is rumored to incorporate a 2 MP assistant within a pill-shaped punch-hole design.

If these speculations hold true, both the Honor 100 and 100 Pro will offer three memory combinations – 12/256 GB, 16/256 GB, and 16/512 GB. Initial prices in China are expected to start from CNY2,799 ($390/€355) for the Honor 100 and CNY3,699 ($515/€470) for the Honor 100 Pro.

Honor 100 and 100 Pro Launching on 25th November 2023

The Honor 100 series is set to make its debut on November 23, as announced by the company today. The two phones depicted in images are likely to be the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro, boasting 50 MP primary cameras with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a distinctive camera island design.

While major retailers in China have already listed the phones, specific details regarding specifications and pricing are yet to be revealed. Similar to previous series, the Honor 100 lineup will feature the popular actor Yang Yang as its brand ambassador.

Typically known for mid-range devices, the Honor number series has surprised with one phone certified to support 100W charging, surpassing even Honor’s flagship models like the Magic5 Pro and Magic V2. There’s also a rumor circulating about the potential use of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in the Honor 100 Pro, which, given the previous launch of the Honor 90 Pro with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, seems less surprising. With approximately ten days left until the official launch in China, it’s expected that Honor will continue teasing more details about these two upcoming phones.
