Pre-orders for the Google Pixel Fold have commenced, but it appears that the high-end variant with 512GB storage is now officially sold out in the United States. This particular model, available only in Obsidian black, has garnered significant interest from buyers despite its hefty price tag of $1,919.
While the 512GB model is no longer available for immediate purchase, Google’s official store still offers the 256GB version in both Obsidian and Porcelain colors. For those who are specifically interested in the 512GB variant, there is an option to join a waitlist. In the other three markets where Google has official sales for its foldable phone—the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan—the 512GB Pixel Fold is still available for pre-order ahead of the official release date on June 27th.

Throughout the last year, we’ve been presented with multiple renders and live images of the Google Pixel Fold, giving us a clear understanding of what to expect from the tech giant’s initial foldable phone. However, today, we were given our most substantial glimpse of the Google Pixel Fold yet, as reputable leaker Evan Blass shared a pair of official-looking renders of the smartphone on Twitter, displaying it both in folded and unfolded states.
Although these pictures don’t disclose any additional information or exhibit the Pixel Fold’s folding screen, they do verify previous design leaks. Moreover, considering that these images originate from Blass, it’s safe to assume that the Google Pixel Fold will adhere to this design. The Pixel Fold is anticipated to be unveiled on May 10 at Google I/O 2023 alongside the Pixel 7a, and reports suggest that it may cost $1,799/PKR 292,723.50
