The imminent arrival of the Nothing Phone (2a) may no longer be shrouded in mystery, as a purported official press image has surfaced, countering early hands-on images that hinted at inaccuracies such as the dual camera being in the wrong location. This newly revealed image implies that the Phone (2a) will not incorporate a Glyph interface.
The rendered image showcases a phone with a transparent rear panel, bearing a striking resemblance to the design of the Nothing Phone (1) and (2). However, notable differences include the absence of a wireless charging coil and the apparent lack of LEDs for a Glyph interface.
Earlier speculations have already provided insights into the anticipated features, including a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Phone 2a is expected to house a Dimensity 7200 chipset paired with 8/12GB of RAM and storage options of 128/256GB. The rear camera setup is rumored to comprise a pair of 50MP cameras. As for pricing, the Phone 2a is speculated to launch with a price tag around $400/€400/PKR110597.36.
