Based on a leaked image shared by the tipster Digital Chat Station, it has been revealed that the Honor X50 series will be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 platform. This platform is built on the 4nm process and features an octa-core CPU with a peak clock speed of 2.2 GHz.
According to the brand’s announcement on its Weibo page, the Honor X50 will serve as a commemoration of the ten-year anniversary of the X series products. Leaks have indicated that this new smartphone will boast a large display with 2.5D curved edges and a resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels.
The midrangers in the Honor X50 series will come equipped with a substantial 5,800 mAh battery. Given that the previous Honor X40 model featured 40W SuperCharge, it is expected that the Honor X50 will offer 66W fast charging. Additionally, it has been disclosed that the Honor X50 will come with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, making it the highest configuration ever offered in the history of the Honor X smartphone lineup.
