When vivo introduced the X Fold3 and X Fold3 Pro in March, it was expected that these models would remain exclusive to China, following the precedent set by their predecessors. However, a global launch now seems likely, as a version of the phone has appeared on Geekbench.
The vivo X Fold3 Pro, identified by the model number V2330, scored over 6,300 in the multi-core benchmark test, indicating preparations for an international release. This same model was certified in Indonesia over a month ago and confirmed to be named the X Fold3 Pro.
The vivo X Fold3 Pro features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and a 50 MP main camera with an OmniVision sensor. In China, the phone is priced at CNY 9,999, approximately $1,350/€1,250. However, the global version is expected to be slightly more expensive due to additional costs associated with international distribution and taxes. This anticipated global release is exciting news for fans of vivo’s innovative foldable technology, expanding the accessibility of their cutting-edge devices beyond China.
