Realme has unveiled the latest addition to its budget C-series lineup with the Realme C65, announced today in Vietnam. This entry-level device features a 90Hz LCD, MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, and a 50 MP main camera.
The Realme C65 boasts a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It includes a punch-hole cutout for the 8 MP front-facing camera and supports Realme’s Mini Capsule, which displays status info and notifications around the selfie camera, similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island.
Realme has also incorporated air gestures and the brand’s Dynamic Button, allowing users to toggle between different shortcuts such as launching the camera app and toggling “Do Not Disturb” mode with a long press.
On the back, the device features a 50 MP main camera, a 2 MP macro lens, and an LED flash. The vertically stacked design is reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy S22. The software is handled by Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, and the phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W charging support.
The Realme C65 is available in Black and Purple colors. It is priced at VND 3,690,000 ($148) for the 6/128GB model and VND 4,790,000 ($192) for the 8/256GB version. The device is currently on sale in Vietnam and will soon be available in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
In related news, the Realme 12x has launched in Asia. This latest member of the Realme 12 series features a slightly larger 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD and faster 45W charging compared to its Chinese counterpart. It is powered by the Dimensity 6100+ chipset and includes a 50 MP main camera. Pricing in Asia starts at ($144) for the 4/128GB model and goes up to ($180) for the 8/128GB version.
